My work changed.[2nd August]

a0018711_13504521.jpgHi, everyone. How’s it going? I am alive. In a word, the shellfish were not bad. Although I gave some shellfish to Blacky (cat) last night, she is alive as well. This morning, I got up later than usual. When I met Akiko, she said,
“I thought you were poisoned by shellfish.”, with her serious look.

Today, my work was helping Mike to renovate the building. It was a bit hard work but good exercise for me. And besides, I enjoyed it. I was like a carpenter. I worked until 2 pm. At the lunch time, Mike barbecued sausages for me. It was great. I got much energy.

After work, I went running with King for about an hour, and afterwards went walking for nearly 3 hours into the mountain. Although it was sometimes raining, I didn’t care it. King often went into thickets to hunt some birds or animals. But I didn’t want to see it, and so I was keeping away from him.

When I got home, it had been already dark. I thought King got home with me but he didn’t appear even 10 minutes went by since I’d got home. When Mike and I were going to look for him, he was back. Then, he held something in his mouth. Actually, that was a dead possum… Then, Mike shouted,
“King!!! Let go of it!”

Afterwards, I cooked the original spaghetti version 8 for dinner. Actually, I’d got some new spices when I’d been to Blenheim. The version 8 was too spicy. I used chill, cayenne, paprika, coriander, and so on. Chill and cayenne is quite hot spices. I thought I used them too much. Well, although it was certainly spaghetti, it was like Japanese fried noodles because I used the vegetables for fried noodles. My cooking has been getting really original. I used caarrot, onion, cabbage, spring onion, pimiento (not exactly), and potatoes. I’ve been really enjoying my original cooking.

After dinner, Akiko began to watch the video “Six sense”. Although two customers came here today, everyone watched the video including Richard and me. By the way, we watched “Black hawk down” last night. Well, I’d watched “Six sense” lots of times in Japanese and also in English. I love that movie. I was surprised that Richard had never watched it before though he is Canadian. The German lady (customer) gasped sometimes. She was scared at the some scenes. On the other hand, Richard was impressed the story particularly the last though we all, except him had already known the story.

Well, I am tired now but it was a very nice day. Then, see you tomorrow.
